"I researched a pet friendly hotel near UCF. It was advertised as pet friendly, I even called beforehand to confirm that it was pet friendly in upon checkout. They charged me $150 pet fee.. This was not advertised on the website nor was a communicated to me when I spoke to the front desk person before I checked in. Highly disappointed."

"This hotel was exactly like the other guest ratings. Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. The rooms need a little updating, however, the bed was comfortable and the sofa was a good size. Front desk staff was very accommodating. This is truly a great Hilton hotel which represents the brand well. We will be back for another stay at this hotel."

"Clean, comfortable quiet really good restaurant for vegans and gluten-free friends. My only issue was that the hotel room refrigerator was a new kind that saves energy and so every two hours it powered off."
