Charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of the Sanford Historic District, with a porch view of Lake Monroe. This is the second time I have stayed in one of Anthony and Eliana’s properties, and they have not disappointed me yet.

Great location for a couple looking to get away. Small kitchen but is great for a stay if you arent looking to do much cooking. Its about a 3-5 minute walk into town where everything is. Morning coffee on the front porch was our favorite. Hot water is lacking a bit but give it time and it works, just dont expect super hot showers and you will do just fine. Personally feel its a great stay for the price and location to town is well worth it. Thanks!
