"This was my 1st experience with this type of stay. I was there 2 weeks. The host was very nice. The apt. Was clean and had a lot of nice extras like coffee, sugar, tea, dishes, water etc. I was pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, and the apt. Is located close to downtown. I recommend for a single person. There is no work area so i created my own. The shower is very small, but functional. "

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "

While she was there we were just sitting on the couch talking and i got a noise complaint from the neighbor and questioned if my guest was staying.
