「My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests」

「Very modern, classy hotel with great Dino g, pool, gym and entertainment. Right on Maho beach. Asha in dining room and Niko, yoga instructor we’re super」

「The resort was wonderful! Lots of pools and restaurants and the beach was lovely. All of the staff that we encountered was fantastic as well. It is conveniently located a short drive from the airport and both capitals with ample safe parking. It was also an easy walk to lots of off-site dining options. My only regret would be not trying any of the boat excursions listed on the back of the activities guide - maybe next time.」

「The check in staff were friendly and absolutely amazing. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside for me was no access to the beach due to seaweed. Which I know is apart of nature but I primarily booked the resort for beach access. I would definitely stay again 」

「This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...
