"Everything was very clean and well prepared. The staff was very welcoming and very nice to everyone. They made sure you were having a great time and were always checking in everytime they saw you. The views were immaculate. I will definitely go back again because they made the place feel like a second home and made you feel safe loved and welcomed "

"The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected."
