「I love staying here! The location is great (ocean at the back door), and the rooms are updated and immaculate. The kitchenette is super convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I brought my puppy with me for the first time and the “pet” sheet and towels provided help keep the furniture clean and hair free—bonus for any dog—but especially a puppy. 」

「The steps on the stairs are metal bars - like at a ski resort. They are treacherous and my 60 lb dog refused to go down them. I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.) 「Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...

The bedding should be inspected, both came home a rash. I hope it’s not staphylococcus. The day we left I saw that my car had been ran into while parked. 「It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either .
