"The property surrounding the hotel is beautiful. What a view at breakfast. Our room was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will be coming back. "

"There was no remote in our room when we got there. They did bring us one, then the microwave didn't work, they replaced this. Then we went to the pool, they closed the slide after we were there for 2 hours, didn't reopen during the 2 days of our stay (the slide was the main reason we chose this hotel) then we went to swim before we checked out, and the entire pool was closed. The staff were friendly, just wasn't pleased with the amenities or lack of access to the amenities we essentially paid for but we're unable to access."

"since it was winter the pool was closed there is a weird smell in the lobby and in the hallways that was offputting I like the overall design of the room and lobby have a clean modern feel but the sheets and bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable and there wasnt a warm comforter so i was cold at night. when i arrived the AC was blasting at 62 degrees and it was 25 degrees outside so the room was freezing. I had to put the thermostat up to 78 but it never really got all the way warm. no one is at the front door to help you with your bags going in or out of cars. they just ignore you. front desk and resteraunt had friendly welcoming staff.
