「So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding」

「On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. 「The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following: - The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down. - We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels - Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved.
