Firstly, the location was perfect as the main purpose of my stay was to visit the Royal Armouries (it was literally across the plaza from it, less than 60 second walk). It was also very convenient to get into the "centre", both by water taxi and by driving. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I got caught short and wasn't able to get hold of sanitary pads (we arrived close to midnight). The staff happily provided the pads without extra charge. I would happily stay there again!

Disliked: Staff & service
I have stayed at this holiday inn (Lublin) about 3 times just this year and every time I get disgruntled and unhelpful staff and happens to be different people, so its not just a coincidence, maybe its the culture. I like the facilities and cleanliness but customer service is appalling. Just the last time a lady at the reception informed me that I cannot check in at 2pm even though the confirmation email said check in is at 2pm.

Breakfast fresh.Unclear whether you were allowed to drive/drop off outside hotel..So many preventative signs, so unsure whether this is permitted especially as it there are cameras there making one fearful of fines !

Hotel is in a great location near the canal, Leeds dock and the Armouries museum and a 15min pleasant walk to the city centre. Very quiet area, no traffic, but with a clean parking lot nearby. Comfortable double room with a huge bed, although we were provided with a room for disabled people which we didn't ask for (hotel was allegedly full so unable to change). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and in a large open dining area.
