I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. 「是一間古老的旅館，感覺會充滿著故事，一樓的酒吧也是櫃檯，早餐、晚餐、啤酒都很棒！但也由於是古老的旅館，所以隔音效果會差一點，但是整體來說並不會造成太大的影響，畢竟無法知道何時外頭會有喝太多酒的人在街上大喊大叫。而且我們很喜歡它的位置，就在城圍邊，好有味道！並且走路到約克大教堂不到三分鐘的距離，走到火車站大約10-15分鐘，整體來說真的很方便！」

「酒店很有特色，穿过酒店的bar到达lodge所在的小庭院。庭院还可以通到二楼露台及室内早餐所在的餐厅。 房间内暖气打开很快暖和起来，卫生间和淋雨分开，单独地暖。房间大小适中，展开一个大箱子比还不影响正常活动。 早餐很好，稍微有点慢，可能因为我们习惯了着急。」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. 」
