"This hotel is perfect for visiting the city of Leeds . It is central, close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed on Sunday when we tried to order room service and was told ‘the kitchen is closed on Sundays’. This should be made clear on the literature in the room. Other than this, no complaints. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if visiting Leeds"

"We stayed here again about 3 weeks ago,having stayed many times..Each stay has been excellent..Very friendly staff,even welcomed us back again.The breakfast is always fantastic with plentyof chice.The rooms are always spotless.All staff very,polite.We always get a room at the back of the hotel which suits us as they are quiet..We would not stay anywhere else when visiting leeds.Thankyou to you all.."

"The receptionist Chipo was amazing and very helpful explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy. The staff at reception breakfast also was very good. The jacuzzi and steam room were closed which was disappointing and the showers in the leisure center could have been cleaner. However an all over good experience"
