"The hotel was very nice and clean. My issue which to me was a big issue was the parking. I’ve searched for a hotel with on site parking so this hotel came up location was good so was the price so I’ve booked it. When I got to the hotel there was no parking in sight so we’ve pulled up on the side road and phoned the hotel that had a recorded message that the closest parking was Q-park car park 6-7 mins walk (might be more if you have a heavy luggage) and the price for 24 hours parking was £32 while the hotel gives you 20% off. I found this to be miss leading. When I mentioned the parking issue to the hotels reception staff they said it’s mentioned that they have parking but it’s self parking (6-7 minutes walk). Based on this every hotel in the UK has parking. Just not always close to the hotel. If a hotel doesn’t have parking with the immediate vicinity they shouldn’t claim there is parking."

"A lovely place but unfortunately let down by rude staff, bad room placement and broken air conditioning. There was a wedding taken place and the music went on into the night, between this and the broken air conditioning, our young baby was disturbed through the night. We contacted Gary the nightporter who was helpful and explained they knew it was an issue and to raise it with management the following day. We contacted management by email in the end as no one was available the following day. I was contacted by Vicky, who did offer a tokenistic 20% off on future bookings but implied I had lied about all issues and failed to respond when I queried her approach. Really disappointing, at over £200 a night - we got no sleep and our baby really didn’t enjoy the next day owing to his discomfort in the night. A real shame that it could have been resolved so easily with effective customer service and a kind manner."

"The room that I stayed in was the smallest hotel room ever. The bed was pushed against the wall and one of us had to climb over the other person when we needed to use the bathroom. The photographs in the hotel brochure do not show the bedroom that I was allocated. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average."
