We stayed here back in 2016. Really enjoyed the hotel. However , the bed and bedding now are awful and the breakfast is poor quality and crowed by the self serve area. Didnt notice previously but the walls are paper thin.

The staff are great, very friendly, polite and attentive. AndI was made to feel welcome within minutes of arriving. The hotel appeared clean and well maintained and the bar and dining area modern and pleasant. Will definitely go back

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room pleasant and comfortable. Could have been five stars if they had a bit of soundproofing in the rooms. Putting us in an adjoining room meant we could hear every word spoken next door. Not great for the premium room price paid.

Amazing service, very friendly staff. I think the best service I got in UK so far. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to US hotel rooms but still double. Loved the room decoration and the design. The only thing to point out is the shower tub didn’t drain the water well, but I think it’s a fixable issue. Overall really liked it and planning to come back again

The staff are excellent. The design is nice. Breakfast was good. But they need to go a bit further. Nespresso machines in all rooms, dressing gowns in all rooms. Otherwise this is a holiday in with some colour. Not comparable to Mal Maison which offered exactly that.

The room and the staff were lovely, the only downside was, the buffet breakfast on Tuesday morning wasn’t very warm, and I came down at 8-00, to have it, that’s why I just had cereals and toast today before I checked out
