The location is fabulous, the staff are helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms were a good size and you can park your car at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again. The decor is a little dated, but I wasn’t too bothered. A fantastic stay.

Got to the hotel after a long day and found out they didn’t have a room for us. They offered us a room up the street at the Grange Beauchamp. It took a while to set up the room as they needed to make it a four person room. They comped us free breakfast for the two mornings we were there which seemed fair. The location was nice and I’d stay there again.

We didn't receive a particularly warm welcome on arrival but bar and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was basic but fine for a short stay and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise from the streets outside (all night) affected our sleep.
