「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. 「While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. 」
