"The pool and swim up bar was the best, the food and daiquiris were excellent . I loved the steak house Opus. The food was perfect and the bartenders were all super friendly at every bar and lounge on the resort. It was very easy to check in. The front desk had great customer service. "

"Gym is in poor shape, the tread mill mat is in need of repair as a portion is torn and it a tripping hazard. The overall equipment in the gym is old and very little to no options. Please offer some descent tasting coffee with some actual milk and not the sad creamers. Staff on the first 2 days was great, Saturday and Sunday, very accommodating and helpful with printing some document as the business desk printer didn't work. However on Monday morning the African American lady at the front desk said she didn't have a printer and simply refused to help me. When I told her that the rest of the staff was able to help me by printing from the front desk printer she got very annoyed. She said she didn't know how to use the computer and couldn't print anything for me. It was such a stark contrast with the rest of the staff who went out of their way to be accommodating. "

"No elevators so if you have luggage you need to lug it all upstairs. Iy took them 2+ hours to get our wifi working.Their free "breakfast" consisted of Quaker oat packs, yogurt, tea, coffee, kids fruit cups, and granola."

They wanted us to pay for and get clean towels out of the metal lockers in the un-air-conditioned foyer. * Continental breakfast that was advertised was only pre-packages granola bars and pre-packaged mini donuts. * Virtual check-in only, which was extremely loud and my contact email stayed on the screen where others could see it. * Low toilet - the seat was only 1 foot off the ground which is very challenging to get up from. * Air conditioning inconsistent, we couldn’t get the A/C fan to stay on, which is important in Houston * No in-person assistance whatsoever * No hot water for shower"
