「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「Room looked like it was recently renovated within the last year or so - clean, streamlined. One thing I did not like is that as a global entity you did not offer complimentary breakfast as many others do. I thought the lady when i checked in said they serverd breafast which i thought was continental. When i went down it was a counter to "buy" items - very disappointing based on the global reach you have. thought you could do better than that. 」

「I stayed at this beautiful hotel (in Room 210 for 4 nights) at the marina from February 23 to February 27. The customer service from the front desk team, management team and the hotel maintenance team was truly outstanding, impressive and first-rate. The housekeeping team did an excellent job with cleaning my room very well on a daily basis and an amazing job with cleaning all the guest common areas. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and very clean. The views of the marina from my hotel room...
