「The property is beautifully kept, rooms are spotless, and it is advertised as it truly is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated there was always hot coffee and hot water provided in the lobby along with creamers and hot cocoa mix for anyone staying there. There is even a mini market available in the lobby. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
