"I usually don’t leave reviews but after my stay at Planet Hollywood I have no choice but to leave a review. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room they gave us was absolutely a joke with a tiny window that over looked a wall. The bathroom had leaky faucet in the sink and in the shower. I called 3x to complain about it and even went to the front desk and was never fixed. Then housekeeping never came to clean my room any of the 3 days. I was out of my room for most of the trip so it wasn’t like I was there or had a do not disturb sign for them not to clean. Once again I called house keeping 3x and they actually cleaned the room on the 2nd night which was a shocker. I spoke to the front desk about all these complaints and asked them you need to make this right. They said don’t worry sir we’re on this and nothing was done. Only positive thing I can say is the hotel is located in the heart of the Vegas strip other then that horrible experience I will never go back."

"The room was clean but outdated. Didn’t have bad smell although the chair that is part of the furniture had stains and discolorations. The water pressure in the shower was amazing but had two temperatures hot and hotter. In the shower they have communal shampoo, conditioner but it was missing one of the dispensers which makes it look sloppy. The property is well kept, clean and fun. The food in general was so good. Check in and out was easy. The people were helpful and had a good attitude. In general we had very good experiences."
