「Front desk, restaurants ,were awesome. Hotel room cleaning could be much better. Empty boxes of soap, dirty mirrors, shower floor that seems like it was cleaned with oil ( very slippery) and old pieces of limes under the tables. Room was nice, beds very uncomfortable. Overall decent as far as room. Concert venue was ok, seating a bit uncomfortable and having to constantly walk through a smoke filled casino to get anywhere was pretty bad considering the restaurants were all off the casino and...

「I stayed here for four nights while moving my son out of his dorm at USF. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a free breakfast. Very satisfied. What really makes this place stand out is it staff. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the maintenance people to the housekeeping. Staff were more than pleasant and went out of their way to ask if there was anything they could do to strike up a conversation and they truly made us feel very welcome. 10 out of 10 would stay there again....

「The booking messed up my reservations and booked me into the wrong room. I booked a suite and got a room with two beds, not kings ..I I booked a suite Is with a king and a queen two rooms. They don't even have that room. The pictures were misleading and descriptions. But the staff was very accommodating and made sure that we had a roll away bed in the suite to accommodate us. Is congrats to the staff」

「I enjoyed the jacuzzi in my room. The breakfast was a nice touch as well as the gym. The area had plenty of things to do with the location being centered in any place I wanted to visit. 」

「I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk」

「The hotel is friendly and clean in a great neighborhood in walking distance from many interesting shops and restaurants. The only negative is the price of parking. They own the lot, they could let guests park for free. Highly reccomend it!」
