In addition, I checked out early on Sunday rather than Monday, but I did not receive any confirmation of my early checkout. I had also requested Strawberry Shortcake blankets for my daughter and did not receive a response or follow-up regarding that request. I would appreciate confirmation that my checkout was...

「It was what to expect for a Marriott, excellent. But I have to say, the staff here was exceptionally friendly.」

「The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!. The pool was disgusting and full of green algae....
