"This is a hotel not a resort, so it was perfect for what we were needing. Pool, splash pad, hot tub and right across from universal, maybe 10 -minute walk to the gate. We’ve stayed here a few times and love it. "

"Facility was clean and modern. There was no regular TV service and no phone service to the room. Lighting was insufficient especially for the visually impaired. No shuttle to any facilities. "

"The shuttle can only be used if you are signed up. We didn’t know we could only take the shuttle going back to the Marriott at 8:30 pm, even though the park closed at 10. We tried to take the shuttle going back to Hyatt at 9:30- shorter walk - and they wouldn’t let us. We had to walk back from universal at 9:30 at night - and to walk back, we had to re go through security to get back into universal and then go down different stairs. Fortunately it was a large group of us and other hotel guests in the same predicament, so the 25 minute walk back wasn’t alone. The hotel was great - the shuttle service is not. "
