Moved three rooms to find one without bugs. Floors were filthy. Hot water went out for a day. Smelled of canabis constantly. Locking side door propped open by pieces of mulch. Pictures & description online do not reflect the disrepair & uncleanliness encountered.

The guy at the front desk he was so pleasant and welcoming I am sorry I didn’t get his name but he was there when we checked in on Friday after 6pm and he was very warm and cheerful. We needed that after our long flight. It was easy and smooth process to check in the room was extremely clean and tidy. It was very spacious the water was very hot throughout the duration of our stay. We normally book Extended Stay America Hotels when we travel and they never ever disappoint.

Das Personal ist wirklich stets sehr nett und bemüht. Allerdings sind die Zimmer mittlerweile sehr heruntergekommen. Grundlegend ist die Ausstattung - mit vollwertiger Küche - gut, aber der Teppichboden war sehr verschmutzt/fleckig, an einer Tapete befanden sich Reste von Erbrochenem, und die Matratzen waren so durchgelegen, dass man nicht darauf schlafen konnte, ohne am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen zu haben (und ich bin da nicht besonders empfindlich) Es waren auch mehr Personen im Hotel, die dort wohl vorübergehend lebten - keine Urlauber. Teilweise lebten Familien mit mehreren kleinen Kindern in einem Zimmer. Dadurch war es nicht nur sehr laut, sondern die dort lebende Klientel reduzierte auch ein wenig das Sicherheitsempfinden. Wir waren in den vergangenen 15 Jahren regelmäßig in diesem Hotel - und immer gerne. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zu den Universal Studios (fussläufig). Aber dies war unser letzter Aufenthalt.

We got called the day we flew in telling us that there was a maintenance issue with our room, and they had to move us to a sister hotel close by. As we arrived at the hotel with people using drugs out front, the crazy guy approaching my kids staring at them. I went to the original hotel the regional manager said ok we will get you a room here it wont be what you asked for. We agreed because it would be better than the other place. She also said she would send us a voucher for a free stay (never got it). She was nice but we got a smaller room than we paid for no discount, no voucher, and room smeeled bad. Ill never choose extended stay again.

This hotel is super run down, musty and overall it needs a major overhaul and renovation. The lighting is horrible, the bathroom was outdated and there was water damage to the sink cabinet. The towels in the bathroom were DIRTY or stained either way gross. The kitchen and appliances are outdated. I would NOT stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

discovered two live colonies of German roaches — one in the alarm clock by the beds and another by an outlet in the kitchenette. The carpet was badly stained, the vinyl flooring was cut in four places, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room. There were also no trash cans provided, and the bathroom showed signs of black mold, which I’ve taken photos of. The room was also supposed to include two full-size beds and a pull-out sofa, but the couch was missing
