「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We are a family of 3 and stayed in their 2-queen room with a kitchenette. The room has a sink, a bar fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, mugs, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is no kettle. The sitting area has a sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable. There are extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed inside a tiny closet, but no extra blanket. 「The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory.」
