「The lobby smelled amazing, check-in was quick an easy, the room was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed that there were larger bottles of soaps and lotion on the walls. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the sheets and comforter. This solidified our love for Hampton Inn and we will absolutely be staying loyal to this chain!!」

「At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.」

「I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. 」

「Check-in was through a video kyosk with a live person elsewhere. This was a very weird and awkward experience when there was a person sitting behind the counter. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the property has flaws, flooring coming up, broken mirror in my bathroom, the light over the bed flickered when you put it on. There were no lamps in the room. It looks like there was poor construction and they just painted over it. However, the price was right for this condition...
