description and pictures do not match the reality of this facility. I drove around the block 2 times trying to find this location before finding it, they did not have their signage on. Then I drove around another 2 times ( 4 times after 10pm at night) trying to find parking. Finally parked blocks away to check in. Got to the room and was disappointed of the condition, It was dirty and I didn't feel safe or secure so I went down and canceled my stay. The staff was understanding and said they would issue me a full refund. I still haven't received my refund, only half...

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. I came here for the first time to Chicago and me and my girl. Upon arrival they gave us a complementary room upgrade. Where are they doing that at so as you can see, I am very happy with our stay so I will recommend this hotel to anybody and I think we might even come back here again. You know any they have good amenities
