「Great staff. Great food. Very clean area. Clean pool. Near Brujas Beach. The room was so big. Comfortable beds. I would have given it a 10 but air-condition vent was so noisy in 1 room and we weren’t able to sleep soundly the first night. I had to go to the front desk 4 times to follow up. Front desk was attentive. It’s the Maintenance Department that doesn’t communicate nor update us when it will be fixed. If they had told us approximate hours like between 1-4 pm, it would have been nice. It...

「My daughter and I spent two nights at El Cid Moro Hotel in Mazatlán. We stayed at one of their junior suites. Our hotel room was big, nicely decorated, and it had the most amazing view ever. The bathroom had a funky smell, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. We opted for the European plan which meant we had to buy our own drinks. We ended up paying almost 40 dollars for 2 drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough umbrellas and loungers by the beach, but it had 3 different swimming pools 」
