「The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower...

「Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow...

「Very nice house with walking distance to the beach, public transportation, and a market nearby. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay there again!」

「There’s no kitchen utensils, barely plates and glasses. And they only gave us one toilet paper for one week. The location is okay, but if you plan to rest, choose another place because is so close to bars with noisy music and so close to the avenue with a lot of cars passing by with loud music. There’s no security, and the checkin and checkout process is just to leave the key hidden. The coffee machine was super dirty that we did not want to use it, the towel and toilet hanger in the bathroom...
