I got caught up at a funeral and had to send my wife to check into a hotel for us so I sent them a text message and they arranged immediately for her to be able to check in for us even though she wasn't on the original reservation by name. I really appreciated the quick online text resolution of our challenge」

「Stayed here for a football game it wasn’t too far from campus it was good for sleeping for those nights and the rooms were good, bathroom was a little dirty but honestly for the price we paid and the weekend it was I didn’t mind 」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
