「We loved our stay at Saju Kyoto. We arrived early and they looked after our bags until it was time to check in. When we checked in we were served matcha tea and Japanese cakes in our room. The service from Ryota and the entire team was exceptional and truly made our stay special. The location is ideal. Peaceful and quiet, yet with easy access to the bus. Hotel itself is very clean and the room is spacious, and the front desk is very helpful. There's only one thing the guests need to be aware of, the bathroom of family suite is located in the lower level of the room and the stairs might be little bit steep for older people, that's something to consider if you are traveling with seniors.」
