「When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.」

Links/hyperlinks do not work in the app and you can’t even cut & paste them. Parking is an issue, too. We received a parking ticket for overnight parking, which was not clear at the parking meter.」
