「Megan kindly confirmed our stay, when I called a few days ahead. The space looked fresh and recently redecorated. Loved the coffee/espresso machine, pasteries and cookies. What a fantastic room we stayed in - a corner room with two windows overlooking East Bay. The Alexandra Inn was a really wonderful surprise!」

「We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.」

「The room was outdated in decor. We loved the location right on the beach and I spent a lot of time sitting outside. But the tiled floor needed mopping and wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The breakfast in a bag was just a tragedy. For the price I paid for the room a skimpy, cold, cellophane wrapped item that I need to microwave just didn't cut it.
