「A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.」

「Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.」

「this was a wonderful saty. We were a family of 16. Occupying 5 rooms. Service was great. Staff were great. Pool steam and sauana super clean. Hotel rooms a little dated but did the job. We had a blast 」

「Cliff and Jane run a wonderful B&B and are convenient to restaurants in downtown Southport. They always asked if there was anything we needed and helped with dinner reservations. I heartily recommend tithe Leicester for your stay in Southport. 」

「My wife and I like the appearance of the property and the inside is very quaint. The bedrooms are adequate size and clean with good comfortable beds we have stayed here many times and always slept well. Can recommend this hotel. 」

「The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The Crosby beach is only a 10 minute walk and the main street of Waterloo is just 5 minutes away with bars and restaurants a plenty. The Royal Hotel is a lovely place to stay with a restaurant on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough space. You have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fan to cool you down on hot days as there is no aircon. Rooms are set on 2 floors but there is no lift...
