「Don’t go this hotel. You better to stay in a hostel than here. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. Someone walk in the upper floor makes huge noise, someone pee in the next room, you hear everything. The door lock is broken, the carpet is dirty and broken. The only positive thing is the reception guy. Just pay a bit more and go somewhere else 」

「Service is very friendly. Breakfast is so nice and variable. Bar is good. Room is so clean everyday. Location is a little far from the station which might need around 10~15 minutes walk.」

「They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. 」

「The room is very clean and the toilets and bathrooms are also very clean, I was very satisfied.」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「Pretty good, had a good time there 」

「The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. 」
