「We came across this place purely by chance, as we had a day in hand while driving across the state and were simply looking for somewhere with an outdoor pool for some R&R. What a find, and rather better than some random Hampton Inn!!! It's a beautiful place and even us jaded Brits were impressed with the historic house, the decor and the setting. The hosts were attentive and friendly but, with no other guests there, we really felt we had the place to ourselves. Would highly recommend.」

「This hotel has so much to offer at a reasonable price. The room was incredibly clean and fit our family of 5 without feeling squished. The bathroom had all Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap AND lotion!) which was a nice and surprising touch. Breakfast was great; very clean all around the food areas and the staff were out in the breakfast area a lot checking on stock and restocking as needed.
