「My room was quiet considering the neighborhood below the hotel is a busy pub area」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」

「Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances.」

「Parking was a bit tricky to get in underneath to park n. but very secure. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for then. Because of our age we found the stairs a big challenge so probably would not return 」

「This is the fourth time we have visited the Hotel, Staff are very friendly room as nice, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast buffet no choice of eggs, mass Produced cooking items much Preferred the menu where you Ordered breakfast 」

「Didn’t get to use the gym. Breakfast was very good. Room was very small and tight. The rug was old and looked very dirty. Staff was very helpful.」

「Excellent choices for breakfast, and Pat on duty in the restaurant was so hepful - nothing too much trouble. I have stayed at this hotel before, and hope to return again sometime.」

「房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。」

「Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Food was excellent and the room was quiet overlooking a peaceful garden. A good 4 out of 5.」
