「We stayed for 2nights, I originally booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival, the room was beautiful, fresh cookies everyday , tea coffee replenished, the bed so comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the Cotswolds and at night the hotel looked was stunning loved the water wheel , we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious I can’t fault the hotel at all 」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」
