「Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.」

「it was actually a fabulous day, the pool was great. We had a wonderful view. We went and did the inner tube ride, which was really fun going down the river and through the tunnels. I highly recommend that excursion. Duke was a delicious dinner. Kauai is a wonderful island. It's so beautiful and green. The people are very, very friendly. I would definitely go back and stay here again. Everyone at the Sheraton was extremely friendly. Such good customer service. 」

「Hotel grounds are stunning, pool is clean and gorgeous, right on the beach so you can go swimming in the ocean, food is tasty but pricey. There are nearby eateries that you can walk to if you like, staff was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the Royal Sonesta Kaua’i and would definitely stay there again 」

「Overall 10/10 stay here at Kōloa Landing. I hope to come back and bring my whole family next time. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our week stay on Kauai. Poipu beach was a short drive or walk away, plenty of food options and a quaint area to stay. The property was phenomenal, beautiful grounds, amazing pool. We did not try the grill located on the grounds but did use other amenities. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!」
