「Loved how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was and how everything was really close by inconvenient to the downtown area. Food was excellent downstairs. I would always recommend to go eat at that restaurant and the only thing that I can say that didn’t like was if you don’t like watching TV this is a great place to stay at but if you do wanna watch a TV in your room, the TVs are really small about the size of my laptop computer not really worth it, everything else is excellent just...

「The property was close to the downtown area and had a beautiful view. Didn't feel like a $450 room. A little warn out, tiles didn't match in the shower. The view was from a tiny deck, too small to sit on, this looked different in the pictures on line. When we checked in, a staff came up and said " I need that room" we felt like they were short changing us on the room after that, they may want to make the customer feel like the extra they paid was worth it. Also $26 extra for close parking...

「Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing. Minimum cleaning was then...
