「Staff were lovely. Arrived late at night and the man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, he met us in the parking garage to bring up our luggage and make sure we were settled. The hotel is beautiful, so many lovely details. Bonus was getting to see deer in the yard in the evening. Would definitely stay again.」

「good breakfast」

「房間隔音稍差，其他方面都非常好」

「職員服務態度殷勤，有禮貌令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺」

「各方面都滿意」

「Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.」

「The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and scenic spots are within walking distance.」

「very good hotel」

「only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.」

「It was ok」

「Too simple 」

「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「I would have liked another chair as there was only one. Coffee pods were small but nice to have a selection. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Manager had to be called and told to call the fire department. I would have thought maybe the manager would have received a notification that the alarm was going off. It was also a struggle to have it turned off and to stay off. I received no check in instructions and the house is no longer part of the Spinnaker Pub. That would have been...

「職員友善，客房整潔舒適，酒店地處位置優越，很多景點都步行可致。」

「It is a MOTEL not hotel. It is out in the boonies way uptown and there is absolutely nothing to do. While we were there a gentleman arrived by taxi and 5 minutes later stormed out of the property. We decided not to stay there.」
