This hotel is in a great location, close to all the tourist spots, lots of great restaurants. It’s old grandma charm. I loved that the windows opened to get fresh air in the room. The bed was comfortable and Floyd's was a great spot to have breakfast. I would stay again for sure.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and it was very spacious for our family of 4. It has a full kitchen and a living/dinning area. The suite was comfortable and quiet to rest after exploring the city and the surrounding area. The bathroom seem to be recently renovated and it looks modern. The rest of the areas seemed to be a little dated but they were fine with us. The location and parking was excellent. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beautiful waterfront and downtown area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Travelling with friends. Got an early check in and they were very helpful to change our rooms to be on the same floor. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet area of the city. Did not use the amenities to comment. Walking distance to all downtown attractions. No AC, but with windows open and fans provided, no AC needed.
