「We appreciated the self check in and the ample supply of towels, toiletries and coffee. The room was comfortable and the hospitality suite was well stocked and relaxing. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. 」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「The customer service was extraordinary! I witnessed the front desk clerk confronted with a very difficult customer. I was in awe at the patience and kindness she continued to show. I wish I had some flowers to give her because she represented her company in the best way at night when nobody was watching. Bravo !」
