「I am not sure how this property received a 10/10 by so many travelers. The photos and reviews for this hotel were very deceiving. I will say that it is an extremely convenient location, directly behind Playland, but that also makes it an extremely loud location. The other positive was that we only stayed one night, and therefore had the ability to use the pool and two decently equipped showers on the last day. Aside from that, I would not stay here again. The exterior is very poorly...

「I hadn’t stayed at the Forum in 10 years. Wow, the room have been modernly updated the pool is nice and clean! The location is great. The Front desk was managed by a young lady from Serbia ( I can’t recall her name) she was very kind!」

「When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. The renovations are nice, however it is an older hotel...

「Room was very clean and nice small kitchen. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Parking was great. Pool was good. Tv would not connect to internet and would not get on apps. There wasn't a shelf in the small shower to put shampoo or soap, you had to put it on the floor. There was no chair for anyone to sit on, only the bed, so not great for older people.」
