"Clean, bright and wonderful location."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay—everything from the room to the service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed by my experience with the parking information provided by the hotel staff. The hotel offers valet parking only, but there is a public parking garage located directly behind the property that provides self-parking at a slightly lower cost. During my stay, I was told—more than once—that this garage did not offer in-and-out privileges, which is not accurate. Having stayed here before, I knew this wasn’t the case and even asked directly to confirm, yet the staff continued to insist it wasn’t an option. I do expect honest and accurate information so I can make an informed choice. Aside from this issue, everything else about the stay was great—but this left a negative impression."

"All very clean, attractive room, easy parking, pool and hot tub clean and delicious to use. Tiny breakfast amenities - limited packaged pastries and coffee. Front desk staff unfailingly cheerful and quite responsive. "

"This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was mostly clean, though things clearly hadn't been dusted, and care was not taken to ensure the linens were clean. The carpets were disgusting, and the trim in the room was dilapidated, cracked, and peeling. Also, THERE WERE NO SMOKE ALARMS. One room smelled like smoke. Check-in and check-out was virtual, which I had never experienced before. I don't think this place is owned by an American. It was very uncomfortable. Any positive reviews of this place must be fraudulent."

"I had reserved a king bed standard room. When I opened the door of our room it was two queens. I could deal with that, but decided to go back to the office and point out the error. This is a hotel with quite a few rooms, it was early and not a particularly busy evening. They did change us to a king bed room, but it happened to be a handicapped accessible room which we did not need. Thus, it did not have the sofa like the room I had reserved. The bed was saggy in places and pillows were flat. I have stayed here previously with a good experience but it was disappointing this time. "
