Room is great, likely due to newly built. Staffs are friendly. Points prevented from 5-stars rating are: parking as extra, some amenities are not available, and housekeeping cannot speak English (in US). Also, this facility is more for hosting events than being a hotel, whereas room elevators are located far to side towards the back; very strange and lonely.

AMAZING !!! This hotel just opened so we had to check it out. Everything is new and bright. The service was great. The food was very innovative and delicious. They have chef inspired offerings like octopus, corn appetizers, and kimchi fusion pizza The views from the roof top lounge and bar are great but it gets cold at night so bundle up after dark. Breakfast was incredible !!! Our family of four ordered 4 different dishes ranging from sweet to savory and it was all a culinary treat. The rooms are new and clean. Be prepared for a few items that need touch up because the hotel is still under construction. We had one outlet that wasn't energized but that did not detract from a great overall experience. Highly recommend staying at this hotel before it gets too busy.

Everything was great. The only negative thing I have to say is about the room service. People were great, however the 3 breakfasts I ordered from room service were all cold. It was waffles so they were supposed to be hot and they were not even warm. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a great location — just minutes from the Santa Anita Mall and Old Town Monrovia, and within the same complex as the USC Medical Center. Parking, however, is very limited. Once the small lot fills up, you’ll need to park on the street, and there’s no valet service to help with that. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but we did enjoy cocktails at the bar, and they were good. One thing to note: there’s no complimentary coffee in the lobby. I had to wait for the restaurant receptionist in the morning just to order a cup, which wasn’t ideal. My reservation included a credit that could be applied toward hotel points or food, but I don’t believe it was honored. My final bill still reflected full charges even after I asked for the credit to be applied. On the positive side, the hotel is newly built, so everything felt clean and modern. The room was very spacious, which made the stay more comfortable. The bed, however, was extremely soft, and I had trouble getting a good night’s sleep because of it. Overall, my stay was average. I wouldn’t rate it 4.5 stars — more like a solid 3.

We were celebrating our disabled daughter bday weekend and upon check in we given vouchers equally 60.00 15.00 each total of 4 we tried to use them at the restaurant and were told of no use there only for alcohol .we don't drink alcohol. The pool was closed Sunday morning and the walls were so thin we complained that the children were very loud next door we were room 570 not at all a good experience

Very clean room, but no fan in bathroom. Restaurants do not have their act together- very unorganized. Do no order room service! We got a salad with 10 small lettuce leaves for $16!! The rooftop was so nice, but half of it was reserved for a special event group, but they only used half of the space. We wanted to come back to the rooftop after and event on another night, but they changed the closing time from 12am to 10pm. Really unorganized! The best part was our Housecleaner for our room!

Hour and a half late check in due to our room not being ready. Boyfriend slipped and fell getting out of the bathtub due to a leak in the shower- water pooled all the way to the front door. Got moved to a room on the other side of the hotel and it was a downgrade- not handicap accessible like our first and the mini fridge was not plugged in. At check out we were told we were offered a sit in shower chair but we declined because we weren't in the room. We were never offered a chair and how could we decline if we weren't in the room. Also said I couldn't access the wifi because I booked through a 3rd party which I have never heard about.
