"I ask the staff in the bar/restaurant to open My wine bottle. He said there is $10 fee to open it. Even the Manager on duty told me to bring it there to open it. I told the staff never mind & walk away not happy about it. I did mentioned to the manager but nothing resolved. "

"They were informed by the electric company that they would be shutting the power off to the whole building from 10pm-8am. We would never had reserves with them if we knew this was going to happen. They also put us on the 4th floor knowing full well that the elevators were not going to work which result in us having to carry all our luggage down the stairs! It was a warm night and thank God we could open the window and get air because the AC wasn’t working of course since the power was out. Also, couldn’t charge our phones so I idea what time it was and no alarms to wake us up. They offered breakfast from 6-10, but power didn’t come on until 8:15, and they still shut it down at 10! So and our hour window to ge breakfast turned into a “drag your bag down the stairs from the fourth floor by 10 am which you wouldn’t know what time it was because you have no working alarm clock and your cell phone is dead!!! I explained tot he staff that had they been honest and told us (or told Expedia) that the power would have been out we would have not stayed. All she could says is “I’m Sorry.” Seriously?"

"Very nice hotel , the room and bathroom was spotless ! There is also parking available - which needs to be paid for but very convenient since it is Pasadena. "

"The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had a working fridge and microwave. No problem with parking. We would stay there again."
