Bench seating not big enough for a toddler! Far too many people crammed in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!

Walked from hotel to the Rose Bowl. Took less than an hour. Highly recommend walking vs driving due to insane traffic and parking at the Rose Bowl.

Went to see BTS, show was amazing. The stairs to get up to the seats are really large steps and for people who are older or out of shape they're difficult to climb. All the staff I came into contact with at the venue were friendly and helpful.

If youre going to get dropped off instead if parking, i HIGHLY reccomend you designate a pick up spot away from the stadium. They were terribly unorganized. Many people got lost and the workers were unhelpful. Maybe choose to meet at the jack and the box near there as its the easiet place to get to. Workers close down freeway exits andneighborhoods so you cant rely in GPS.

Went to the Rose Bowl for the BTS concert and before and after the concert was complete chaos. The staff that was working had no clue what line lead to where. They also had no idea where anything was. We were asking people in line what their line was for trying to figure out how to get in and no one knew.

Went to BTS concert and there was no organization whatsoever for the lines of people there. Very little if no help at all for where to go, where the lines ended, etc. After standing in line for hours, they opened additional gates and had stampedes of people running everywhere. It was horrible and only because it was unorganized. The shuttles there were very good.
