The room was clean and comfy, the staff excellent, and the gym and rooftop bar rounded this stay up as one of the nicest in business travel so far. The breakfast menu was great, and we enjoyed the downstairs bar.

This is a nice property with an excellent location in downtown Pasadena. The only complaint we had is that the bathroom sink was installed such that it never fully drained. There was always standing water in the front half and it got nasty after a day’s use. Even after the room was cleaned there was still standing water in the drain.

Osa is a lovely spot for a drink, but plan on dining elsewhere. Breakfast buffet is serviceable but not worth the $. Not enough towels in the room, and the hvac in the bathroom never shuts off. Otherwise a great option for lodging in Pasadena, with 8$ parking across the street!

We stayed for leisure and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent bar area that was perfect for relaxing. The street views overlooking downtown Pasadena were a nice touch and added to the overall vibe. We also brought our Yorkie, Sylvester, and the experience was seamless for him as well. I’d absolutely recommend AC Hotel Pasadena to friends or business associates.
