「The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. It was the May long weekend and neither the pool or hot tub were open. Or maybe they were open but I couldn’t understand the man cleaning the pool! The pool is not heated and hot tub was cold. 「Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) 「The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!」

「The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next...

「The location is fantastic with great views of the ocean across the street, , room was small it was recently renovated and spotless ! Breakfast is just bagels and coffee but was fine.」

「The staff was excellent and pleasant. The parking, check in and location were all excellent. The outdoor furniture that was part of my room was really dusty and dirty and I wish I was able to sit and use that part of my room while I was there. The couch in my room was very stained. I do think the staff could wipe down the outdoor furniture that is connected to the rooms. The fruit at the continental breakfast was moldy. I always enjoy the shore house locations so I know the cleanliness mentioned...

「I loved my stay at Eureka Hotel. We stayed in Room 109 and it had a cute little porch we utilized in the morning and at night. The view was beautiful. I can’t say enough about the staff. They all were super friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The farm (animals) and garden were amazing. Overall, super happy!!」
