This place is amazing. The check in was very smooth. The staff was always available and incredibly helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable. The breakfast is something no one should miss as they have the most delicious menu for each day. We will definitely go back there again.

Love this quaint quintessential New England property with very charming decor and tastefully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and updated bathroom was wonderful. Parking is off site and a walk but this property is within walking distance of every place you want to be in Newport. The made to order breakfast and cooks were amazing! Would love to come back here soon!

The Outlook Inn was quaint and located close to the downtown area, but far enough away that it was quiet. The delicious breakfasts varied each morning and were cooked and served to each guest. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable!

The breakfast was great, with a varied menu each day. It was personally prepared and presented. Everything was fresh. The hostess for the Inn was fantastic, pleasant, caring, & effective. We highly recommend The Outlook Inn. It’s location is good & close to the wharf shopping, restaurants, Parking is provided free, but about 3-4 blocks away.

The upstairs breakfast area was charming and the outdoor seating area was perfect to sit and view the wharf. Serena gave us a warm welcome and all information needed to make our stay go smoothly.
