Quaint little Inn with a very easy walk to the seaport. Our room was small but nice with big windows that let in lots of sunshine and fresh air. The best part was the delicious breakfast on the rooftop patio.

A wonderful place to stay! Highly recommended! The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked every day. So delicious and the staff were super friendly. We stayed in room 10, on the 3rd floor. A beautiful, spacious room, with a great shower and right next to the breakfast room. The inn is right in town so it’s an easy stroll to museums, shops and restaurants. The only things to keep in mind is that period properties can have steep stairs and no parking on site. Parking is included, but it’s a ten minute walk away. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would return.

This was our last hotel stay after a week of traveling around New England and we were so tired, I was intimidated by the parking and unloading at first. But it was seamless! The instructions they gave were exactly as described, and the room itself was one of the best and most spacious we had used all week. The service at breakfast was wonderful as well! Kudos to the owners and the staff, if we are ever back in Newport we will definitely be back.

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was always delicious! Only thing I can say is the parking is not too far but you have to wait for a spot to open up they have a designated lot but no designated spots for the hotel. We went on a crowded weekend so had to wait a bit for a spot to open. Otherwise it was perfect!

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront area. Breakfast was excellent. staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Only complaint is no onsite parking but they do give you a pass for public parking lot located 1/2 mile from the premises.
